The Truck Stop - Cadillac

Wasn 't exactly sure what to expect with the name The Truck Stop but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were greeted right away and our waitress was amazing. We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and they were delicious huge shout out to the cooks! . Service was great, food was delicious and hot. Highly recommend

Came at the end of the evening on a Thursday. Thought maybe food was closed. No way. Our server told us not to worry she would cook us something. Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in quite a long time. My buddy actually said he was glad the fryers were closed because he might have ordered something else and missed out on one of his favorite burgers ever.

The pulled pork loaded Mac was a big portion and very tasty. We also got the pretzel bites with cheese which were okay, the cheese was pretty good. The on tap beer selection was limited but they have alcoholic slushies and plenty of liquor. Plenty of outdoor seating with corn hole games.

First time coming here we were a little confused whether we were supposed to go inside or walk up to the food truck. We only wanted food from the food truck so we walked up and ordered and service was great. The girl in the truck was very nice and our food was delicious. I had the pork sammie, pork was so tender and not fatty, and had a side of deep fried mushrooms which were fried perfectly. We ate outside on the patio since the weather was nice, they had plenty of seating and space. Would definitely stop here again on our next vacation here

The meat was very bland and needed some more flavor. Only a BBQ sauce was available to add to it. For a BBQ place I would expect better tasting meat with some options for sauces.
