Unbelievable simply. We took one side of beef to share, the meat was infinite tenderness, pulling simply with the fork is enough I picture the thing, but the meat is really tender. The salmon gravelax is exquisite, and my spouse greatly appreciated the terrine. The lemon pie and the heart of chocolate allow us to finish on a sweet and light note.
