Ordered £35 worth of food from here tonight. The order took over 2 hours to be delivered and no apology when ringing to ask where it was. It was always 'they 're on their way. ' When they said 'they ' it was a woman and her 4 children from the takeaway bless her. The food was tastless and not worth the money. Won 't be ordering again.

Absolutely terrible……. Took over 2.5 hours and what turned up was disgusting. It was that bad I couldn’t put it in my bin, I am currently waiting for someone to take it back. I’ve recently found out that this place has changed hands in January so if you think it’s the old fortune house DON’T ORDER! Because you won’t be very fortunate

Poppadoms soft and stale Chips like cardboard Crispy beef overcooked burnt Chow main noodles like mush I very rarely leave my food but managed to eat 1 3 of a plate before I felt sick. Never ever again

Absolutely terrible. For one, the online order for just eat has items that they simply do not do. They advertise 'All in one tray meals ' but when I phoned to order them, apparently they didn 't do them. Not only did they advertise falsely, but when we did order, to be picked up at 10, when we got here we found they DIDNT PUT OUR ORDER THROUGH and I was forced to wait half an hour while we waited for them to make it there and then. Then they gave us 4 chicken balls when we ordered 10. Absolutely awful experience. Never again. The only reason I tried this place was because my usual Chinese was closed. Next time I 'd rather go hungry than even attempt to order from here again. Words cannot express the dissatisfaction I experienced. TERRIBLE. Also, food was sub par

So we ordered food around 7PM and was told we would get it around 8PM, the restaurant added 15 minutes to the order... Big deal, what's 15 minutes? 8:40pm I call them to see what's going on and they apologized and assure me that it's just a little bit busy but the delivery driver left already, 9:10PM my partner calls up and says it's still not here, the woman in the restaurant sounded really concerned and tried to call the driver but couldn't get through, she offered us 10% off our next order which was nice enough but still no food... 9:35PM it arrives! The food was cold but also it was obvious they just reheated it and it was disgusting! So for being an hour and 35 minutes late we were offered 10%... We will never order from here again which is such a shame because I used to love their food.
