This restaurant never fails to deliver amazing food with generous portions for the price. The ingredients are of high quality, always served at the perfect temperature. I have to admit, I blame Sams Grill House for my weight gain, but it's definitely worth it. I recently tried something different and ordered a meat feast pizza and burgers instead of my usual chicken kebabs. The pizza was better than any I've had from places like PaPa Ron's or Donny Roe's, and the burger had a fantastic smoky flavor that left me wanting more. I always use their convenient online ordering system and app, which allows me to customize my order. I love it. Keep up the great service!

I placed an order through the restaurant's app and paid for it. However, 20 minutes later I received a text message informing me that the order had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. When I called the restaurant, I was told that the refund might take a day or two to process. This left me without my money over New Years and unable to order from another place. I will not be patronizing this unreliable business again.
