Fabulous service! Chef was about to finish for the night but squeezed us in and even accommodated one vegetarian couldn’t ask for more. Food was hot and delicious. Lovely staff who were really friendly. Was a customer for years with the previous management and will definitely be back!

We visited the Smith's with our friends on sat 9th of September. We had a meal there my husband and out one friend had cornedbeef pie while myself had steak and my friend had the fish I have to say that the food was excellent cooked perfectly plpeing hot and well presented .would recommend the Smith's to everyone and we certainly b back. And o the landlord gareth was very good too.

We have been regular diners for years and seen it change hands but the chef has been brilliant. We always order the same meal because the rump steak, home made onion rings and pepper sauce are the best. Our meal tonight was terrible,not the same meal, and we were told they have a different chef. I brought the steak home for my dog!!!! Such a shame, we won't be going back

Very impressed with Sue who went the extra mile in making sure that our birthday party had an enjoyable evening . Also the food was faultless and the waitress was very attentive.
