Thanks to good quality ingredients and a clear sensitivity of the chef to detail, Yoko offers authentic Japanese cuisine with a rare gustative balance, concerning taste as notes. I was surprised by the delicateness of katsu donate, light and perfectly balanced thanks to the intelligent acidity of the sauce. I've been living in Cagnes-sur-Mer for 20 years, and it's the first time I get satisfied with a restaurant. I was also convinced by the prices, very honest compared to what is in the vicinity.
