Service is amazing. Drinks are cheap. The owner doesn't care about his stuff! He's just worried about his other bars.

JR'S has an excellent attitude. This Bar Grill has excellent holders of the bar and customers alike. Fantastic atmosphere and ambience!!! I recommend diving for an evening or a place to meet with friends, family and colleagues!?????????

They were closed while I was there. The reason I stopped was because I was walking back from St Louis after the car broke down and my phone died before I could tell my ride exactly where I was to come pick me up. This was the first place that I seen with a plug-in outside so I could charge my phone. It was definitely a lifesaver. I was there for at least an hour more and nobody said anything to me about being there and the cops did not mess with me either about being there so even though I haven't been here during operating hours...my experience was definitely 5 stars.
