Maxico - Cahuita

Too many tasty options to be tried calling out for a repeat visit. The whole group of five were very pleased with their selections. I had never heard of a spinach waffle and had to try it. Very different, very green and very tasty. Hoping to return soon to this delightful roadside breakfast eatery.

This place is GREAT and Gian Michele is always kind and generous. The whole team who works here is wonderful. Good healthy food... delicious flavors and unique vegetarian options. Highly recommend!
