Paradisus Los Cayos - Caibarien

We were in paradisus los cayos during the x mas holiday and we are so happy with our choice of the hotel. everything was top notch, rooms, eating, pleasant things, drinks and of course people! the personal was extremely professional and friendly, and we have only positive things to say about our interactions with them. everyone knows that the Cuban beaches are one of the best of the world, and the beach of paradisus los cayos is not an exception, just wow! they can imagine that the hotel provides free equipment for various water sports and activities such as catamaran, windsurfing, kajaking, etc. they just have to be polite and don't forget to tap people in the hotel for such an amazing job! each night the hotel had a new show program, separately for children and adults, absolutely stunning! Cuban music, delicious eating, tropical cocktails, beautiful beach, cigars and nice people key ingredients for a great holiday.

Amazing place, clean rooms, great food, very good for kids, nice play area and kids club. Many different pools along the whole area of the hotel. But you might not go to the pool because here the beach is absolutely gorgeous, clean turquoise water and white sand. Many restaurants with so many good choices. One night we made an appointment at one of the a la cart restaurants, the lobster was great and the server Rosary went above and beyond for us, very quick and witty. I really recomand this place single ot with kids.

We’ve just came back from paradise after visiting Paradisus Los Cayos for a few days and let me tell, we’ve been traveling with Melia Hotels for more than 20 years and this resort is one of the greatest by far. The food and drinks are great, people so friendly and professionals, activities all day and night with beautiful shows, rooms so spacious and clean with excellent views, AC running in perfect conditions. The beach what can I tell about the beach, just take a look on the pics I post down below, paradise exist and I,ve just founded it. Thank you Paradisus Los Cayos for everything, we will see you soon with the entire family!!!

We came to this hotel after a mediocre one week stay at Iberostar Ensenachos, from December 22-29, and without a doubt, this is a real 5 star hotel for Cuba. It’s a newer hotel, only 2 years it’s been built. The beach is amazing , super clear and turquoise water and white sand. The beaches here in Cayo Santa Maria are spectacular. Everything in the hotel was beyond our expectations. The amazing service, the friendliness and professionalism. The beautiful clean rooms made us feel comfortable and rested. The staff is always ready to help you if ever you need anything. They make you feel welcome and right at home. When we first arrived, we felt there was a lot of noise in our section. We upgrated to the royal section. They gave us a beautiful suite where it’s more quiet and limited people have access. You have access to the a la carte restaurant without reservation and this was our favorite spot. We had langouste everyday. The waiters were very friendly and gave an amazing service. For the a la carte restaurants that you need to reserve, not all of them are good. The Latino restaurant needs improvement. My husband really enjoys playing tennis. He played with Alan, he’s an amazing player and such a nice guy. He really enjoyed meeting him. Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable: Yasser, Janha, the wonderful waiters at the Royal restaurant (Saday, Melany, Alvaro, Wendy and Alvaro), everyone at the lobby bar, etc. and a special thanks to Yunior for helping us with the rooms and with whatever we needed. This is the best hotel we’ve ever been in Cuba. We really enjoyed our week and we will definitely be coming back .

One of the best resorts I have visited in Cuba!!! Together with our close friends from Toronto, we spent a fun and joyful vacation at Paradisus Los Cayos during the week of August 6-12th. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the entertainment was super fun
