Isaw Haus - Cainta

Poorest customer service!!! Waited for almost an hour with that chicken bbq and pancit. Ubos na yung inorder naming drinks wala pa rin yung pagkain. Understaffed. Sobrang bagal ng serbisyo. Pati bill out naghintay pa kami ng bongga. We had to cancel the fruit salad since tagal na namin nag stay sa place. Plus no baby chair. Hassle for parents :( need to put baby in my lap while eating) I will never go back to that place again.

If you want to have your car washed and have a few sticks of Pinoy BBQ? This place is worth going to. Reasonably priced BBQs. Higher than your usually "kanto" type BBQ stalls... But hey, you're in a proper resto. Their BBQ marinade is on the sweet side. Which I find too sweet for my taste. But that's just me.

The place is okay, I mean it's beside the street, so loud noises are there. I like the pansit and their array of bbq. Great for barkada lunch or dinner.

The isaw and bbq are amazing but the service can be improved. We visited on a Rizal Day holiday 2016 and a lot of people were eating a little after 6pm. The waiters can be quicker to accomodate new patrons like us. We got a table on our own and waited a few mins to order as the waiters were all busy. We will go back yes because the food (we ordered bbq, isaw and kare kare) but I hope they adda more waiters.

I grew up eating here with my family and friends. During occasions, my family would always order their famous Pancit Bihon and Isaw! I remember having the same "handa" every year on my birthday because we just love how flavorful their Pancit is! My only concern is their slow service especially when dining in. But their food is superb! Definitely a must-try!
