Subway - CAIRNS NORTH

I was served by a delightful young woman on Saturday who had floral tattoos on her right arm. She was incredibly efficient and professional, as well as very friendly. The sandwich she made was done perfectly with just the right amount of toppings. I commend her for providing exceptional customer service.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, and everything you would expect as a customer is provided. The food is fresh, and it is definitely a healthier option compared to other take away choices.

I usually don't write reviews for everything, but that was a pretty experience. her subway store on 1-21 mcleod street cairns had one of the worst workers I have ever seen. I played an online order ca. 11:50 on 12/05/2022 for three subs ;.2 six inches 1 foot long. I went from my job of work and came 12:05 to receive my order that had not been made. I asked why, she suddenly said they had no internet access so that "no order could get. I understood and asked if she could make her as I already paid, then she took my order, but start talking loud and fast, I told her I had 3 of them were 6 inches then she started cutting me off and they say 're not hearing what underwater you wanted then I said meatball subs for all three.the moment I said that she wanted to hear but then I was trying to say 1 I asked myself angry, which salate and I wanted to eat on the lower one. Finally, to check out, she told her colleague (who was a young girl to write my name down to make sure that it was so in not lying about the order (the said loud). Now this subway store was full of customers she showed no customer service, which ever. I get that it must have been a stressful day, especially since the internet went around 12ish, but her behavior towards not only her young colleague or me, but the customers she served me after me. it is not acceptable. I'm sorry to say, but after I haven't eaten a subway for more than two years, I'll never eat on any subway again.

Mum visited cairns for a week and we decided to buy a package on the subway in the middle, on the other day. the contents were disappointing, they were less on this package than most 6 inches subs. first and last visit for us. it tasted. good.

The salad at this restaurant is top-notch, with a high quality selection of fresh ingredients including pea shoots that are unique to this menu. The staff is friendly and provides efficient service.
