Walked in there fore a late lunch. Its o.k. the mead was cooked to my liking. the waitres as it should be. and yes here we go again steak served with...chips and salad!!!! the price like what it is in the rest of cairns. nothing exciting but what you expect in a place like this.

I visit Cairns a couple of times a year, have done so for many, many years and Toscas have always delivered. I've only ever had breakfast but always great service, great food and great value for money. Choice of sitting inside (most importent to me in the wet season) or outside. Staff are friendly and attentive.I know that I can go to Toscas and get a great breakfast with great service and good value for money any time :-) This is not an easy feat in Cairns. Thank you Toscas and will always return.

One of my favourite places when in Cairns, breakfast lunch or tea. the service is top notch the food is yum yum yum and coffee is superb. A must try for every one.

My daughter, three young grandsons and I, decided to have lunch at this great Italian restaurant in Cairns Central. It was during the school holidays and the restaurant was absolutely packed. Although it was very crowded, the very busy, but efficient and friendly waitress found a table for us and quickly served the children with their chosen drinks and colouring-in materials. We were also served quickly with our chosen wines. The menu is comprehensive and has a great children's menu as well as great range of pasta and pizza dishes to cater for all tastes.
