I am a regular customer, I went with 5 other people and the supposed manager (quite young) treated us with very little education and respect. When running a business, YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER and lower your temper, whether you have a restaurant or a candy bar. Education and class are carried inside, no matter how big it is for you to say that you are THE IN CHARGE . If you don 't know how to serve customers and solve the discomfort caused, having the place you have is of little use to you, try going to an intensive customer service training course.

We are regular customers, today we find ourselves with the surprise that there are 6 of us and we have to choose the same paella for everyone because they only have 3 stoves and we create a queue (this rule is new in August and they do not notify when making the reservation and SURPRISE at the next table two different paellas... What a good cheese cake! The best I've had of all the restaurants I've been to. The price is what it is, you are next to one of the best coves in Majorca in the middle of August with all the Germans. As an improvement, they could improve the issue of takeaway containers. That they don't have to put a plastic container when the cake is wrapped in plastic wrap seems a bit exaggerated to me, but I can understand it if people don't throw things away where they belong.
