Christopher's Pizza - Calabash

I picked up a meatball parm hero, I got home to enjoy it and found out they nuked it!. It had to be the worst sandwich I have ever tried to eat, the bread was soggy and the cheese was like rubber. never going back

I have never experienced customer service like this in my life. I ordered a pizza, but somehow I ended up with the wrong one. After a few drinks, I was feeling quite upset about it. When I returned to the pizza place to address the issue, the owner told me that I should have brought back the entire pizza that night. I was taken aback—why would I want to return home with a wrong pizza just to bring it back to him? The pizza should have been right in the first place, and instead of offering to make me a new one, he wanted me to go back home, grab the incorrect pizza, and bring it back to him. I paid $42 for what turned out to be a disappointing pizza and wings that were simply bad. I thought I had made my order clear, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Their customer service is definitely lacking.
