Dinos - Calderdale

Bought 2 pieces of southern fried chicken and chips...The chips were cooked... the chicken was half cold...Will NOT be darkening their door again.

I unfortunately visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and had a terrible experience. The staff struggled with communication and understanding basic orders, leading to chaos, confusion, and long wait times. One older female staff member had a shocking and disrespectful attitude when we pointed out that our order was wrong, attempting to blame other staff members instead of fixing the mistake. The food quality was also very poor, as I later got a stomachache as proof.

While eating a very disappointing and flavorless chicken kebab, I discovered a curly black hair. As I mentioned this to my partner, she also found a long black hair in her meal. This is unacceptable, as we had to throw away both meals due to finding hair in them. Disgusting!

Average food for pizza and burger, wouldn't recommend it if you like to eat decent pizza tho, they dont like to give nothing for free and not the best to understand in a convo

I visited this restaurant two nights in a row while staying in Brighouse, and I have also been here on previous occasions. I enjoyed the kebabs, pizzas, and other dishes, which were all great value for money. I particularly liked the large doner kebab in a naan wrap for only £4, it was worth every penny. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return to this restaurant.
