My wife and I decided we had plenty of time to eat “at a FAST FOOD “ place and still make it too my 1pm appointment. We stopped at the KFC/A&W on Caldwell BLVD In Caldwell, ID near Walmart at 11:56 am and ordered $18.31 worth of food. Nothing extravagant, just two burgers, fries and side of coleslaw. 12 minutes later nothing. I asked and they appeared confused and said what did you order? I advised and was told “oh we are waiting for the burger meat to cook.” Then I watched then just then put the burger patties on the grill. Another 8-10 minute and we still don’t have our food. There are people at the counter wanting to order that said they were there for 5 minutes and still not able to order even. The whole crew is only worried about servings the drive-thru. My wife and I no longer had time to even eat our meal if we got it. We had to go. So my wife advised the staff of that and said she just wants a refund and advised we been waiting for nearly 20 minutes and must get to my appointment now. Instead the guy kept cooking and packed up our meal and brought it to the counter. We advise we wanted refunded because no time to eat the food now, we have to go. And because he ignored that she wanted the refund, more time was wasted. My wife said we don’t have time to wait for you to refund our money so that’s wasted and to keep it and will never come back here again. The guy that was waiting just to order said it would take it so he doesn’t have to wait. So my wife handed him her receipt and would not accept his $20 and told the customer to make sure he gets all the food we paid for. Bad service seems prevailing more and more. KFC will now be Popeyes and can still get my A&W root beer at the stores. Probably won’t even hear from corporate or franchise owner. That is what reviews are for, to read, make right, learn and correct the problem to retain your customers. There are so many alternatives now a day’s that you can’t afford to lose Customers and remain profitable.
They very dirty as hell!!! All tables and chairs hella dirty even we asked them to come clean them! And they didn’t came to cleaning it up and the girl was having attitude about it!! And do nothing!!!
If I could get away with giving this place a negative star I definitely would Horrible work environment very hostile Especially in front of customers And And yells at customers
Went in there and ordered my food waited 35 minutes had to go to the counter they were really rude the customer service is bad the employees are gossiping and ignore u at the counter
