Chop Shop Bbq - Caldwell

Great little BBQ place in Indian Creek Plaza! Only 1 complaint, they close at 8pm!

The food is great, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. We have been there a few times. Last time they were out of multiple items, everything from drinks to entrée items. I found that kind of strange. Other than that its a great place.

We randomly picked this place while staying the night in Caldwell on a road trip and I will drive 7 hrs again to come eat here. The staff was super nice and the food was fantastic! Best pork and brisket I have ever had and the butternut squash Mac and cheese was delightful. We got lucky to be there when the chef was experimenting with a new dessert and it was amazing! Oh you must have the bread pudding too because yum.

AMAZING, We had the sampler and everything was perfect. The potato granades were also a great appetizer . We chose the bread pudding for dessert and got spoiled by the chef with a wonderful fresh fruit dessert as an extra. All I can say is Wow we will be back and you should try this place. Thank you to all the staff we really appreciate you all.

Good was far beyond delicious. The atmosphere is stellar. Only thing holding this place back is adequate staffing. You feel it, they feel it. It's just a sign of the times. I strongly recommend Chop Shop!
