Starbucks - Calgary Canada

I absolutely adore this Starbucks! It's small and cozy, located right in the heart of Kingsland. It’s the perfect place for a coffee break or for catching up with friends. Just a heads-up: seating is somewhat limited, but they do offer parking, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it!

It was my first visit to this location, and I must say, the staff were incredibly sweet and kind. I've never experienced such outstanding customer service before!

A big shoutout to Josh, who was working this morning! He brightened my day and made a sincere connection with everyone he assisted. We could use more positive people like him in the world!

Great Starbucks however not a lot of seating, and the parking lot unfortunately sucks…

As a Starbucks frequenter, and a respecter of all things, member service I am solely writing this review for the incredible customer service. I just first hand witnessed.Upon arrival, I was greeted by what I can only describe as the kindest, welcoming. “Hello sir what can I get for you?” I then proceeded to order my drink.(a grande, iced Summatra black coffee.)Not only did the barista “Austin” single-handedly continue to take orders while consistently maintaining a positive attitude and creating and welcoming environment for both Peers and customers alike He seem to uplift the general morale of all of hisEntire team that was working with him today. One customer interaction specifically drew my attention due to the fact that, as I was waiting for my coffee, he knew this customers name upon her arrival as well as reminded said customer of the two employees that also work with her at the shoppers drug Mart down the path seemingly also remembering the two employees from shoppers drink order as well, all the while, maintaining a calm positive, uplifting attitude, and seemingly with ease continuing to have the most thorough attention to the task at hand.I will gladly be returning to this specific location as the environment is unlike any other Starbucks environment, I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Thank you so much Austin for creating this excellent customer experience!
