Bistro Alma - Calgary

Was at the Hotel for 3 days and had the breakfast each day. The Bistro rotates the egg choice each day and there is a continental breakfast selection. Whole fruits, yogurt, granola, bagels, bread choices, sweet rolls, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The staff are friendly and they do everything they can to ensure that the food is replenished as quickly as possible. With groups coming in and out it can sometimes be challenging - but they do it with a smile.

For the money, the breakfast was really lacking. only apples and oranges for fruit; no cereal; dishes often not available; boiled eggs for Saturday morning (?). The breakfast is really changes since having it served on the top level of the hotel. Not interested in paying for this again.

Part of Hotel Alma, and where you have breakfast in the morning. Nice layout with modern seating. Breakfast is well below par with runny scrambled eggs. Other meals are good to excellent.

Good food, very reasonably priced. Would be a knock out if down town. Staff is prompt and keen to please. Keep going guys. I'll be back

While not cheap, the food at this restaurant was freshly made. We came in at 9:30am and it seemed like they had been quite busy. There were many dirty tables, but we placed our order at the counter and sat at one of them. Unfortunately, even by the time our food was ready, the table had not been cleaned, so we decided to take our food back to our room and eat it there.
