Bookers Bbq Crab Shack - Calgary

It was a great time, but I was a little confused with what the point of the reservation is when they try to give them the worst table at the place. I have naturally asked for different seating positions, but the original request was standard table and no high top and both options that were given to me were a high top table minor problems, but I felt the need to mention it here as there is an option on open table and all. we also noticed that the proportion was smaller than previous visits. I get it time is hard, but better to stay consistent in my opinion. to the next time!

The food was good, great portions. we will definitely come back.

Took 27 minutes for our first round of drinks (1 vodka soda and 1 beer on tap) Food came without the dressing to my salad and never got the chance to ask for it because no one did a quality check. Asked for the bill and left. As a server myself I understand it being busy but I also watched my drinks sit at the bar for over 25 minutes.

We've been visiting Bookers for many years, typically on Sundays for their all-you-can-eat crab and ribs. The pandemic has led the restaurant to raise its prices, which has reduced how often we can go due to the cost. However, we continue to support them as much as our budget allows, and the staff always treats us well. It's a great spot to eat and socialize, and the crab is fantastic. We’re looking forward to returning in May for my daughter's birthday.

We had a fantastic evening, and the food was outstanding.
