It 's chinese food? Everybody needs to stop complaining. I 'm a graduate student at the U of C and we all know there 's days where you just feel like pulling a punch, giving in and ordering delivery, and of course Chinese food is a staple.<br <br I order from this place one or twice a month on average. I 'm always patently surprised at all the poor reviews It 's not haute cuisine, and no, you won 't be able to take a picture of it with your iPhone and post it to your Twitter account it 's just typical, comfort food chinese fare. <br <br The food tastes great, especially when you 're hungry or have been into a few relaxing late night beers. The pricing is on average below comparable Chinese restaurants, and on websites like JustEat you can order everything online without even needing to speak with another human being free delivery over $25) and like magic it shows up at your door 30 40 minutes later.<br <br The amount of food you receive for something like a 'dinner for two ' combo $30 total inc. delivery) is just obscene. Without getting too much into portion sizes, suffice it to say that I am a broad shouldered, six foot tall active 26 year old male with an appetite. I can usually devour most of a typical restaurant 's 'dinner for two ' if I 'm hungry, but this place just puts me to shame. <br <br On average for a 'dinner for two ' combo, I usually get out of it something like three full, large meals. I 'll gorge until I 'm nearly in a coma, my girlfriend will end up coming over and eating too, and the next day there will still be enough for lunch dinner assuming you 're not already sick of it)<br <br Great place amazing value for money, but don 't be a douchey hipster and expect anything super fancy.. it 's just mountains of take out chinese food done right, not a five star french restaurant.

1st visit on Chinese New Years Eve. Restaurant very busy but staff as very friendly, helpful and the food awesome. Will definitely be back :

New Mgmt It Works. Stopped in for standard sweet and sour fare and was the only one in the restaurant. Resigned myself to the usual soggy offerings but then the restaurant quickly filled with mostly Chinese customers which is always a good sign........I was not disappointed.<br/ <br/ Generous portions, crispy meat and vegetables and overall one of the best chinese meals i have had in some time. Reasonably priced with excellent service given how busy the one waitress was for all those people.

I like this place for a quick lunch for a good value.

Stopped by for lunch today and was content with the experience overall.
