Ordered 2 bblizzards and a dipped cone for just about $20. waited 14 minutes and watched them serve 8 people who ordered after me, get their bblizzards and dipped cone first, although I could clearly see my order on the screen as not fulfilled. I had to say what's going on to get an excuse and finally get my order. terrible service. we do not come back to this dq.

Twice this month I've ordered something that go messed up. It sucks to get home and realize the mistake, and be disappointed that you even made the effort to go.At 6 pm the store is slammed and things take forever. However, after 7 pm, the employees have been great, and fast.

Ordered a flamethrower wrap and a cheeseburger, 3 employees working, only 2 customers and I had to wait 22 minutes for my order. 22 MINUTES FOR A BURGER. Absolute joke. No apology or nothing. Do not come here if you want food in a timely manner

Nice and clean location. Great way to convince the kids to get out of the leisure center swimming pool is to promise them ice cream. Haha

We waited for around 20 mnts, there was a note that said bathroom break, when we got there was a line up of three people in front of us, I dont know how long they waited for.
