Eat - Calgary

Great place for lunch it is a bit pricy vs. Sunterra but if you consider the quality of food, it's a bargain.Unfortunately, bakery menus in general are quite disappointing including coffee. Unlike the food, I can't say they are of high quality.

I haven't been in for breakfast, but lunch is pretty reliable and they have a good variety. I like the selection on the salad bar, and the prices seem to be on par with other similar options downtown (e.g. Sunterra). The hot specials are generally quite tasty as well.  I am in love with the raspberry no-bake cheesecake from their grab go section. Will continue to visit for lunch!

This places does some pretty good food! The breakfast burrito with egg and chorizo is absolutely amazing. The egg is so delicious. It's kind of like a giant, more delicious version of the one that Tim's was doing for a while.<br/ <br/ I had a muffin from there this afternoon, but it was pretty unusual; it had bacon and even a quail's egg hidden inside it. Probably the poshest muffin I've ever had and it was very tasty indeed. <br/ <br/ So far I've been really impressed by the food here.<br/ <br/ The coffee is good too. Self service and lots of options!

I had the eggnog latte and the pineapple muffin.  The latte was really good and the muffin was super moist and just perfect.  I was a bit surprised that breakfast ended so early.  I had hoped to try the nutella and banana crepe.  I will definitely be back though.  The server was not all that friendly, she gave me an odd look when i asked about the crepes.

Today I had an interview and nearby was EAT!  My lovely friend Karen @kmoments) is the pastry chef there and makes all them epic goodies!  I couldn’t wait to finally see her beautiful face again.  This place is fairly new.  It opened 3 months ago in June. I loved the decor and vibes once we walked in.  There was an area for fresh baked goods and coffee, another for hot foods, a salad bar, a panini wraps station, and a cooler at the front with pre packaged sandwiches and desserts in a cup will get into that later).
