The ingredients are incredibly fresh, they don't skimp on the amount like most places, and there are so many different combinations that you'll never get sick of it. I go there almost weekly and find myself craving it often (like seriously, who craves salad?!?!). The only consistently disappointing thing about Fork and Salad is that they run out of freshly baked bread by dinner time each evening. Baking more would be a good idea. Also, their cookies are to die for! Go there!
Went here for dinner one weekday after work. The salads here are varied, fresh, and LARGE. I would have to be a total health nut in order to get through one of these. They seem a bit expensive, but when you consider how much is served, on a per ounce basis they really are properly priced.
I absolutely LOVE Fork + Salad! The options and variety are fantastic and everything is SUPER fresh!!! Try the Home and Away if you haven't been before - and DON'T eat the cookies! (or you will be ADDICTED!) Everyone is super nice, the place is super clean, they even have board games to play!!! Must check it out!!!(*people have said they think it's 'expensive' - I could not disagree more! The Home on the Range salad feeds me for two meals and it is $14 - it's enormous and fresh and healthy and there is no way I could buy half those groceries for that price to even make it at home!)
I loved this place! Lots of salads that you could order and they would be made using before your eyes and the most fun-build your own. There are lots of options for combos, ingredients are fresh and the portions were quite large.
This casual eatery has all fresh salads and breakfast bowls where you can mix and match and the calories are listed on the board for each item. The service and staff are great, and when I chose a salad with shrimp by mistake (I'm allergic), my server very graciously started a new one with chicken. What I didn't like was all the disposable plastic used, there are no dishes for eating in so this is one aspect that wouldn't bring me back unless I remembered to bring my own bowl. Another suggestion is to provide a smaller portion of salad as they are huge and almost impossible to eat in one sitting, then I wouldn't have to carry around a large bowl of half-eaten salad which usually gets thrown out anyway.
