Fusion Sushi - Calgary

Had only been once before and it was so good we thought we’d try again and introduce another to this great little restaurant!

Such amazing food, and wonderful flavours and combinations! My favourite spot in all of Calgary for sushi. Head Chef Sam is always creating new flavours and specials that are always worth stopping by for.

Very cozy, intimate place, friendly and attentive staff, exceptionally delicious food! Would love to come back and would definitely recommend to friends and family to visit ! Thank you for the wonderful experience :

Nothing to argue with really, delicious and very well priced house Saki, service was quick and friendly and the sushi itself was delicious and a solid value for the price point. The layout of this location hasn't changed much since it was sushi club 10 years ago, so its not as dressed up as some places might be. But if anything it feels like a friendly neighbourhood Sushi place if there is such a thing in Calgary. We had the platter for two which was especially convenient because I prefer sushi and my wife sashimi and this came with even portions of both, plus 2 rolls. We also got Sushi pizza which, if you haven't had it this is the one to try. Its not as weird as it sounds, imagine your favorite parts of japanese food in the shape of the best italian food and you're pretty much there. I am also a recent convert from beer to Saki with my Sushi and their house cold was really delightful and excellently priced. We will be back to try the hot Saki and to do some picking and choosing and trying some of the signature rolls.
