I urge you to ensure that your products meet standard quality! The broken leg pieces should no longer be served. In our recent order, we received 6 small legs and 4 thighs in a bucket meant for 10 pieces, instead of having 5 equal portions. Last month, we also experienced getting 10 undersized pieces! We are not receiving what we paid for. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed your portions getting smaller than before. My experiences at the Pacific Place Mall location have always been better. I'm giving this review 1 star, and I will consider updating it if the owner or manager acknowledges my feedback and takes action. Disappointing!

Our favorite fried chicken! It smells amazing, is large in size, and incredibly tender and juicy! The pineapple juice was fresh! The service was prompt, and the staff were caring and friendly! Highly recommended!

The spicy chicken sandwich was incredible! The prices are very reasonable, and even though the place was bustling, the service was lightning fast. Where else can you find spaghetti and crispy chicken on the menu? Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be returning!

The flavors were quite good, but the chicken was excessively overcooked, and the portion sizes were rather small.

I almost choked on a piece of plastic that was mixed in with my food. It took nearly half an hour for my meal to arrive, and they forgot to include a quarter of my order. Since I live in Banff, I’m glad I noticed it before driving an hour and a half back home. When I returned to request the missing items, no one took responsibility; everyone just shifted the blame to one another, including the manager.
