Leopold’s Tavern Calgary Bowness

Old school pub, you get exactly what you get. great environment and a few good melodies that was packed place! the staff was super busy, but held it together. come back! only critique is: afteros was quite dry and had the smallest amount ever on them, sad.? but still 5 stars for other eating and pub ambiente!

Lively place with many tables to put their guests. the personal was friendly, but one last took to get our orders and the food. the Thanksgiving routine would have a but more cranberry sauce and more stuff (a few crumbs were included). When we asked for the bill, we had to wait one for it to come. the management could be improved so that more guests could be helped earlier and trhoguh seen to allow other guests waiting for the atmosphere. they'll come here safely if they don't have another engagement. the atmosphere is a great place to get back and enjoy the company of their friends with food and a lot of music:

Sad was I on the order from here when I was excited? ve order before without problems, but this time who cook is not to worry how eating actually comes out. my buffalo chicken sluice is more like a soggy wrap with very small huh. also wait for the food in the restaurant for 15 minutes while there was too cold through the time we were eating, it also with us to eat, just a few minutes to walk home. I can not say that is always, but today was disappointing. I would have liked to have eaten mcdonalds tonight and saved a decent coin.

So a great place! comes back definitiw. After a fun time at cop, a friend and I looked for a place close and found this hidden gem in bowness. as soon as we parked our cars, we fell for this place. the pfeifian atmosphere both inside and outside brought us smiles into the face. from the trolleyway at the entrance to the old-fashioned polaroid photos that decorate the walls, this place simply radiates joy wherever they see. even the bathroom has graffiti art, which is most impressive. the service could not be better. our server was very sweet for us and you know about the menu was on point. all the questions we had answered them like a profi. they also gave excellent recommendations for those of us who have a plant-based diet. then, if we needed a refill of our waters, she brought them to the post. definitiw value big tips this! eating was absolutely lovely. a mix of classic Canadian comfort food mixed with innovation and creativity. I had the impossible poutin that I feared was too big and fat. Instead it was a perfect size, had the right amount of fresh and cooked ingredients, and tasted like a burger from which the dream home. the cheesy garlic knots reminded me of the house made in heaven. it was buttery, warm and savory that warms you from the inside to the outside. this is a place they have to try at least once, especially if they had an explosion around the opposite itself. do not deny yourself this culinary experience. it is an absolute explosion!

Amazing food at each Leopolds! I wish we had them back in Ontario because it was that good. Waitress was amazing and greeted the doggos on the patio each time she came to our table. Would say definitely go there!
