Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Calgary

Delicious fresh food as always. The app was acting up and sometimes it freezes, so have to go to store and order but worth the wait. Great staff with great service.

During my first visit to this restaurant, I was impressed by the ambiance and the prompt service. The chicken was incredibly fresh, crispy, and delicious. I’ve decided to switch to Popeyes from the other fast food places I used to frequent.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The portion size for the fries was tiny, and my spicy chicken burger was missing sauce. The burger itself was excessively greasy—this isn't my first time ordering from Popeyes, and I've never had issues at other locations. To make matters worse, the person at the counter forgot to give me my drinks. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I believe their reviews are a bit misleading. The clerk asked me to fill out an online survey right in front of her and encouraged me to rate everything highly. It felt a bit odd! She was polite, so I went along with it. However, I did notice improvements on their part: my order was correct, and the cashier seemed to know what she was doing.
