Great food! I tried their muesli bread and it was delicious and healthy. The apple crunch was also wonderful, although the packaging could be improved as the cinnamon sugar topping was sticking to the plastic bag. I licked the bag so as not to waste any of that sweet goodness!

Located conveniently close to my house, I frequently visit Prarie Mills to pick up bread, usually in the early hours of the morning. It is recommended to arrive early as the selection may become limited later in the day. Although it may be on the pricier side, the bread options available in the early summer and fall seasons are truly amazing. Our family's top choice is the Apple-Cheddar bread, which features delightful chunks of soft, sweet apple and gooey melted cheese. It is absolutely delicious!

Is Prairie Mill Bread Co. the best bakery in town? In my experience, it certainly lives up to that title. I have frequented this bakery many times and have never been disappointed with their products. Their fresh, heavy set breads are a flavorful delight, especially when still warm. They offer a variety of breads, including options for those with gluten sensitivities. While they may be on the pricier side, the quality of their breads makes it worth it. Be sure to try their sample plate when you visit!

Be warned: be there early for the best fresh bread. Any later than maybe 10 AM and the bread will have cooled, making it a little denser. I go there lots, great bread, amazing varieties, and they open pretty early. I was amazed when they were open on my way to school one day, so I bought a cinnamon bun. You'll need a pretty big appetitetp finish one on your own. Amazing little bakery, on par with another favourite, the Great Canadian Bagel in the same strip mall.

Very nice bread and friendly service. This isn't a place to go to if you're in a raging hurry, so slow your horses or go elsewhere. There was one lady running the show when I was there, but I was more than happy to wait to get my chosen loaf sliced while she sliced up some lovely apple cinnamon something bread for sampling. <br/ <br/ I got this very hearty 9 grain bread of sorts 2 lbs and 4 oz if I recall. It was a brick, but a tasty, fresh, wholesome brick.<br/ <br/ I'll go back; it's too good to ignore nice bread like this.
