Punjabi Chulla Restaurant & Sweet Shop

I drive all the way from Sage Hill in the NW or from Crowfoot area just to eat here. The price is reasonable, but the depth of flavours here is off the chart. Don't let the unassuming facade fool you. This is a hidden gem in Calgary. It's comfort food that makes your tummy happy. Coming from a white guy that doesn't like curry, I'm just as surprised as you are. But, when something tastes that good, you have to say something. It's sooooo good you'd slap your grandmother just to get a bite. Leftovers, have no chance. Call ahead and take it home, get it while it's hot and eat in. The Naan is just a little crispier that way. I call ahead so it's ready for me when I get there. It's just so so so good!!!!

Vegetarian options: I picked up food for my family on last Wednesday 24th January,2024. Food was too bad and after eating my whole family got sick. I really disappointed from this location.

There amritsari kulcha is a more of a thin naan but round shaped thats is barely any potato filling's as weel very disappointed (wasted money).wont recommend at
