Red Lobster Calgary Maclead Trail

The lobster and crab we were served were cooked and served cold.

The food is delicious and the company is great. It's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected when dining on seafood.

Service was good, food cold, king crab legs not tasty and rubber, butter watered down. I borrowed my husbands shrimp garlic butter for taste. Restaurant was cold too.

Although reason for booking was listed as a birthday, I was slightly surprise that no mention of good wishes or desert freebie was offered. Why bother to inquire on the form. Our party of older individuals found the booth to be cramped and stretching of a leg to relieve a bad knee was very awkward. Not important if your clientele were of the younger set but I don't believe that is the case. Comfortable seating would bring me back more often. Just curious, why is a party of 3 always served 5 biscuits and 2 gets 3 biscuits etc. A very pleasant meal with a few drawbacks.

Super duper customer service from Erica. She was pleasant and helpful. She served us very well and was quick to suggest an item and make changes when we had another guest join us at our table!! Another great experience!!
