Regrub Burger Bar - Calgary

First time visitors, went with our two kids. Spent $80 on 4 shakes (3 fancy), 3 burgers and one order of fries. The food and shakes were amazing. No one greeted us or cleared our table or explained the chaos that was ordering. Real lack of interest from all of the staff that worked there. Would go back for the shakes, they were tasty and fun. $15 for just a burger is more than I would pay next time.

We ordered the Recession burger and the Dude Ranch burger. The Dude Ranch burger was ordered on a gluten free bun. The burgers were well seasoned and cooked well. The pepper ketchup on the recession burger was great! The truffle fries were a bit too oily and too cheese. Overall, we'd order from there again!

No complaints on the food and the shakes. My burger was great. If Regrub read this, please work on your food ordering process. A sign saying wait time indicates you have opportunity for improvement. Our wait time was 25 mins before ordering. If you have to teach guest how to use your restaurant, re look at your process.While sitting out side two larges group left after waiting over 10 mins.

Thankfully the food is great as the service was terrible.I wont get into the service, not worth my time.We had 3 Milk shakes and 2 burgers and costs 65 dollars. I think it was well worth it.I had the cheesy burger which had a deep friend slab of cheese on top of the burger patty itself. It was awesome.The milkshakes were fantastic also.

I had my first visit yesterday. The burger and fries were delicious. I didn't feel that the layout of the restaurant was customer friendly. The ordering process didn't seem to run very smoothly. Also, it didn't seem too clean inside.
