The food is always delicious and fresh. I highly recommend checking out happy hour as the music is fantastic! I will definitely be returning.
On an early Monday evening, we decided to try Ricky's. The restaurant was empty, except for a small group of people at the bar who were quite loud. We were seated immediately and ordered soft drinks, a signature salad, and fish and chips. After a few minutes, the server returned to inform us that they were out of shrimp, so the salad came without it, topped with a few sparse pieces of cheese and a cheap-tasting dressing. The fish and chips were lukewarm when they arrived. Throughout the meal, we had to wait for our server to refill our drinks, bring ketchup, and finally deliver the bill. Overall, I wish we had chosen one of the other nearby restaurants instead.
My family and I waited in line to get a table at the restaurant, which was nearly empty. Once seated, the waiter took a long time to come to our table. We waited a long time for our food and didn't receive any coffee refills. After a disappointing experience, we decided not to return to this place again.
My wife, daughter, I decided to try this ricky’s location as it was convenient where we go and my daughter loves the chicken stripe (chix stix), fries and sleeps at the end. our experience in the restaurant is how...nice it looks inside what it should look as it is not opened so long, I believe. the host came up and for one gruß, murmured somewhat over table for. only other tables in the restaurant had guests and that was around the host was then our server and came as very tired unenchanted. food: I: bacon cheeseburger fries. wife: fish chips daughter: chix stix. my daughter swore her whole order so she loved it. my wife found the fish chips a little on the fat side, but thought they were decent. the burger I ate was surprisingly dry and the meat was mostly tasteless, which is difficult to do with burgers. there are many other restaurants in this new stripe mall area (usually fast eating) but rickys faces stiff competition. if this is the best they can do, they can not stay at this place too long.
Family dinner here July Very quiet on a Saturday night. Felt deserted, but the food was good, there was crayons and colouring for the kids, and even a small toy treasure for them on the way out. Recommended if in area.
