Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Swiss chalet is always consistant. Chicken and ribs are good. Take out is usually pretty slow. Delivery is really slow.

I called the call centre to place an order. It was repeated by myself and the individual 3 times yet the order arrived incorrect. No one at the restaraunt would take responsibility. They consistently blamed the call centre. Not impressed and will never order from Swiss Chalet.

We have frequently eaten at various Swiss Chalet restaurants as the food, pricing and service have usually been good. We decided to try their delivery while staying in a hotel in Calgary. The ordering process was fine and the delivery was prompt. The meals arrived hot and the driver was friendly. My previous hesitations about delivery of this food were obviously not warranted. I would recommend based on this experience.

You cannot beat Swiss Chalet on their BBQ chicken & home fries. I prefer Swiss Chalet over St Hubert BBQ Chicken. I've been to Swiss Chalet locations across Canada & their food ( especially their BBQ chicken + home fries) is the best.

We've been to this restaurant over 40 times & we have not been disappointed once. Their rotisserie Chicken & REAL fries have always been fantastic. They still serve those wonderful Home Cooked FRESH fries - Love it.
