The Keg Steakhouse Fort Mcmurray

A great service experience. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good but nothing that would keep me coming back. Some things I found a bit off were: Menu was confusing Food was a bit over cooked burning veggies and over cooking the steak. But we came here for my moms birthday and had a great time. Watched the whole raptors game here with some drinks and then got some free dessert. 4 star experience.

We celebrated a large family birthday party. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Clean washrooms. Modern art in walls. Nice ambiance. We enjoyed the filet mignon and double baked potatoes. Very tasty. Recommend!????????

Nice intimate atmosphere with excellent table service. My steak ordered rare was more on the side of medium rare, but this was most likely because they wanted to bring out everyone's food around the same time and our group was on the larger side. Our server was so accommodating, I just didn't have the heart to send it back. ????

We were celebrating two wedding anniversaries and one birthday all on the same day. The Keg did not disappoint on such a special occasion. We ordered the 18oz prime rib with mushroom rice, 10oz Keg Classic, 10oz prime rib with baked potato, chicken fingers and fries for the kiddo, mixed greens, fried cauliflower and tuna tartare. Since we were celebrating, we received complimentary desserts (the brownie, ice cream and ichecream pie in the photo). Everything was good and up to Keg standards! Prime rib was an amazing medium rare, which is a cross section of how wonderful the food was. The ice cream pie was light, not overly sweet, and well balanced with the sweet drizil. Our only critique was the cauliflower; it was a tad bit salty and over battered. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our food. Aaron was our server, and he was phenomenal. He was a good balance between checking in on you and giving you space. He was personable, and had a good sense of humor. Recommended.

This is an awesome place to come for any types of celebrations, or just a nice night out. When you come look for Geordie. He is the best server! He took care of all of us having special birthdays together with his friendliness and great sense of humor, super accommodating with our requests and smiled all night. We would always come back to this location and ask for him!
