The Libertine Public House - Calgary

I came here last week when I visited calgary at a holliday from Britain. we came in and had some pitcher and for a group of young people the service was on place and the drinks we quickly brought the atmosphere. was perfect as it was not too busy and the music was good. as impressed by the first visit we decided to come back to food, but were very badly treated by one of the waiters who refused our uk licenses as valid id, although this was not a problem earlier. their manager entered and they had a argument only meters from our table, so we received the rude views they gave at our table. during this process within minutes of arrival, the food from this word should be to redeem the experience, despite this the poor body language of the personal and minutes waiting for our drinks was still another one. also eating was quite average, but the prices corresponding, so they at least get what they expect. Finally, note the service fee as they probably don't get many tips when this customer service is everything to go past.

A surprisingly good burger and pub. there are dozens of these hipster restaurants in the city, but the libertine seems to have its own unique mood and eating. would recommend it. many rooms and tables for selection, good service.

We have eaten here with a few drinks and it was a great place. convenient stands with a lot of variety on the menu. the food and the service were both very good. we were very happy when we just chose to go on the road at random. I would recommend going there if they were looking for something casual to eat and drink.

I am here twice and both paints I enjoyed some excellent eating and great beer. the first time was on Monday evening in the football season and I ate up where they had the play with sound. I sat in the bar, service was excellent, and the pizza was very good. recently I sat down and had the fish tacos during a pints. the tacos were very good and a thin piece jalapeno in each of the three tacos gave them exactly the right amount of zing. the guacamole proportion is small for so I would skip that if they were not in a Guac fix. sitting at the bar does not provide a strong check of the table so I can't say anything about it, but the bartenders were friendly and helpful to visit both.

Had my first raspberry beer here and enjoyed some nice burgers and friendly service on a busy street. Lots of tap selection and delicious fries as well as lunch specials.
