What seemed obvious to her, wasn't to us, so we got a bit lost on the floor before finding the right spot. When we explained we came for the pools, the cashier was very helpful (much more than the greeter) and explained us where to go. Once we got to the 3rd floor, we found out the only 3 pools present (a 4th one is against the wall and not ideal) were all in use so we tried the ping pong, but there was no one available on that floor to give us rackets so we just sat and waited for either one of the pools groups to leave, or somebody to show up. It never happened. There are a couple arcades on the 3rd floor but none was exciting. Very disappointing experience. We ended up checking Wine and Beyond next door and had more fun and friendlier staff there. Credits apparently don't expire but I don't really see myself being back there. Couches were comfy so I guess that's an extra star for that.Last piece of advice: don't use the elevator unless you really have to, it is painfully slow. The stairs are located on the right, past the restaurant entrance.
I used to come here for the games, prior to meeting the general manager I think his name was nic or something. He convinced me to try some food, I used to go back monthly just to see him and order the chicken sandwich. I haven't seen him in a while, the food seems OK like they don't put effort into the food anymore. The servers were OK, nothing to complain about, but really miss being treated more then a customer but family.
Lovely ambiance, good food… the games were fun too…just try to go when there isn’t too many peopleParking: Parking lot is available right in front of the locationWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible
I took my oldest here to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, no one came but he had a blast with his little bro! I even tried some of the games and had a little fun myself. ? There was a lot of activities there as well as an amazing restaurant and a spacious area for everything else.
We went for a fun evening while visiting family and friends. Thank God we had grabbed dinner before we got there because when time came after a couple hours we realized we were thirsty... we were charged almost 10$ for 2 bottles of water. Freaking ridiculous. Some games charge you twice because it charges you once to start the game up, and then again to be registered as a player... this happened several times. Enough times to have asked someone who I would talk to about that and clear up any questions. The person was kind and informed me where I could get help.. the ticket shop. It was packed. Did not get reimbursed because I didn't want to wait up to an hour to do so so I just let it alone... games were fun, still have tickets to play and spend with but holy cow, eat before coming and BRING A WATER.
