From the moment I entered, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed indifferent and ignorant, displaying a lack of basic manners and courtesy. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer satisfaction in what should be a welcoming environment. I won't be returning anytime soon.
Really good four cheese bagels but not double toasted as requested. Hot chocolate tasted identical to every other Tim’s (which is a good thing! Note that you cannot use offers or mobile app at this location. Prices not overly inflated as what often happens at airports. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
The lady working at the Tim Hortons at the Calgary Airport in the international departures said they don't take the Tim Hortons loyalty program when I showed her my phone with the Tims app opened, and when I asked about using my Tim Hortons gift cards to pay for my order, she said they don't take those either. She said only cash, credit or debit. If this is the case, this location needs to indicate that: no loyalty program and no gift cards accepted here. No wonder there was not a single person in line at this place this morning. Terrible customer service: no hello, no thank you, no here's your order as it was placed around the bend from where I was standing. I would have posted this complaint through the Tim's app but for some reason the required location field would not accept the airport location
I wish I could give no stars. This is the absolute worst service. I was sorry I even ordered anything. The teller made me feel like I was A nuisance for being there or ordering anything at all. I Walked up said hi, good morning.. no reply just a stare, no greet, no smile, just a blank annoyed look. I ordered and I paid. Asked for a bag for my bagels the lady next to her said I had to pay, I was not offered a bag at checkout if I was I would have paid and got one. Still didn’t offer to let me buy one bc of lineup. Left scrambling with my items and coffee. I used to work for HMS host that runs the Tim Hortons in the Airport, not sure what happened to standards. As a customer and flyer a nice hot coffee is something to look forward to so is customer service. Wrong lady for the job. Can’t shake how this teller disregarded me like I was an inconvenience. I was sorry I went here. Gate A March 30 10am.
Visited this location on March16 2024 around 7am. First of all, the two employee who were working don’t belong here, their faces showed they didn’t enjoy working here. Secondly, they don’t have latte(What? they don’t collect any Tim Hortons rewards. So my question is why this coffee shop is called Tim Hortons. You should have clear sign in the front that you don’t sell latte and customers are not allowed to collect Tim Hortons Rewards. What else?
