Guacamoles Grill - Calhoun

I had the Carnitas, and they were out of this world! The pork was incredibly tasty, and the tortillas were fantastic—I could really taste their freshness! The rice and beans were absolutely delicious, too. The guacamole is the best I've ever had! Yes! The stuffed Poblanos are unbelievably good! I'm a huge fan of authentic Mexican food. Over the years, I've worked with many Mexican women in the restaurant industry, and I've had some of the best tamales and tacos. My aunt Edith makes the best salsa verde ever! This place is spot on! It's so incredibly good!

I had an amazing experience today! Our waiter, Juan, was refreshing and genuine. As someone who works with the public, I know how rare that is to find. You've got a real gem here, especially when paired with delicious, fresh food – it truly can't be beaten!

The food was absolutely perfect—super fresh and delicious! We definitely need more local mom-and-pop restaurants like this. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions my fiancée and I had. Our waitress was fantastic and regularly checked in on us. I used to be a loyal customer at El Nopaul, but this place has now become my go-to for Mexican food.

I have read some of the other reviews and am surprised that they were poor. My experience was fantastic. The service was excellent and the food was great. I grew up in Detroit and love Mexican cuisine. That was the best thing I had almost 5 years ago since the move from the Detroit area. My only regret is that I just crossed this area and probably can't eat again.

I had the steak fajitas and the homemade quacamole. Make sure u bring your appetite bc the portions are huge. Good food and great service.. keep up the good work. Thank u for coming to calhoun.
