RESTAURANTE TORTELLY - Cali

We were recommended to visit this Italian Restaurant while we were in Cali. We went twice and we were happy with the food and service. They have a musician during the weekends. We enjoyed the location in front of a nice park.

Nice area . The restaurant looked the part! But never judge a book by its cover . The service was ridiculously slow . It took 30 mins for a starter and 1 hour for main . Even when we paid we had to ask 3 waiters for the cheque . I will not be returning!

Uhmm Yumi Yumi pasta ... I love ravioli and this particular one with chontaduro kind of sweet potato but not sweet is from the pacific area of Colombia and tasted and love it by people from Cali. This restaurant in a very nice old traditional neighborhood but trendy with little bars and restaurant around this restaurant is in front of a very nice plaza.You have to go and visit them in any of their location west, south or north not at excuse. They also have meat, fish and chicken.

The food was great! I'm definitely coming back. The "don carlos" caneloni was delicious with Alfredo sauce.

Tortelli, sadly, is just an average italian restaurant. Food, service, sleds, desserts, drinks, were neither too bad, but definitely not very good. It is rather a shame because the restaurant is in a very charming local facing one of the prettiest and most charming squares in Cali.
