However, I decided to visit again last weekend and 2nd time was much better. I had the aloo tikki chaat as an appetizer and it came with chickpeas. It was absolutely delicious. I could eat a whole plate of those chickpeas. For the main course I had the baby eggplant dish. It was lavorful but I wish they gave more eggplant. The onion bread is amazing. My husband had the tandoori chicken and he said it was good. He ordered the half size and the portion was huge. This is one of those places where once you find something you like, stick to it. I'm not willing to be too adventurous and explore other menu options.
I ordered chicken tikka and my husband had a chicken kabob for dinner. The chicken tikka was overcooked, dry and bland. I asked the waitress if I can have a some kind of yogurt dip to put flavor to it. I was thinking that she will provide the dip as a compliment since the chicken was bland, she added it on our bill. Chicken kabob was ok. Overall, we were not happy with food we had. Did we just had a high expectations or what, IDK. The waitress did not even came by to our table to see if we need anything but she did came by to other customers. We're not coming back and I will not recommend this place.
Lathe chicken korma and chili garlic nan are just mouth watering! Food takes a little long so we don't love going to sit and eat, but as far as take out goes it's one of our favs!
Started with the Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken. Sooooo good. The garlic naan was excellent. Comfort food! We will be back!
So the buffet is gone since COVID hit, and they aren't open very often. Had the lamb biryani and methi paratha and it was quite a bit better than the old buffet.
