Contribuisci feedbackUsed to enjoy the food here a lot, but it is lately on the hill. a cheeseburger subpart ordered with tweepers, pies, salt and pepper. what I got was a sub that is technically a cheeseburger sub, but everything was chopped onto a soggy fat roll. no wobble and even the pickles where chops up like the groundbeef. there were 0 patty form only very fat chopped meat. will not go back. the customer service reached the problems and made the dinge right. thank you.
Until recently my attention to this facility was always good. I've had some AMAZING life every time I eat. but I went almost a week ago to get there to eat and experienced a moderate service. one of my friends asked about the style of the wings (whether they were dipped or not) they answered. when he ordered the wings, however, about 15 minutes later, was one of the workers who had answered the previous questions as they are out of the wings. Why don't you say that when you first ask about the wings from there, everything else seems smooth. but the dinge started to ask for my phone number, sketch. I was presumed that they would contact me so much about my order. while sending a message about my order, being ready, they also signed me for a license program that I did not agree. this is sketched and bad business practices to sign customers without their approval for a loyalty program. the cashier behind the counter asked only after the number, not if I wanted to log on to the program, so either it was a simple mistake, or this business is that the employees sign people for the reward program without agreeing to get more business. I understand that accidents happen and also that there is a shortage of food, but both of these problems are going to happen, it seems as if there were more dings than just mistakes and lacks. until the service is better, I will probably not come back.
Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was ready when I got there, but the wings weren’t. Waited 10 minutes for wings to be cooked. When I got home the pizza was cold and we had to reheat the pizza in the oven. Also paid extra for all flat wings and didn’t get all flats. This use to be our favorite pizza place but not any more.
My Calzone was full of dough and had to be cooked fully at home (not worth going back).. it was resolved the next day. They are good!
Will never order from here again!Ordered dinner for my family, and of course, after waiting 1 1/2 hours for delivery, part of the meal didn’t even come. When I called, they blamed it on the door dash driver and said “he left it here”! In reality they forgot pack some of the food! They pack the bag and tie it closed. Door dash drivers are not suppose to open and contaminate food. They offered to make me a new meal and have their driver bring it, BUT only if I paid a delivery fee and tip! All they care about is charging you extra fees for their mistakes! I am all for supporting local restaurants, but this place is NOT worth it!
