Food is hot n fresh, service is quick, parking is good both cars and motorbikes. 24/7 service with drive through.

A bit annoying because of many flies inside the restaurant.

Drive through service needs more improvement. it took some time for the wait, even though there were only two cars on the line. The manager should focus more on this. We have to park somewhere along the drive through path as per instruction from the staff. however, they were friendly and great.

They would not give me butter and syrup and jelly, telling me I had to pay 10 pesos for each one when the other McDonalds don't do that! I'm a foreigner so they think they can charge me for every little thing This is an American company so I will file a complaint on the American website, and I also don't like the way I'm treated there. What a major disappoint you are and what you have done to an American business!

Worst McDonald’s branch in Dumaguete. Not the first time they got my order wrong and delayed. Ordered a simple meal yet took 20 mins to serve, only to find out they missed my order. Lousiest crew even in not-busy hours.
