From check in to check out, it was amazing. The staff make you feel special and are prompt and quick. The restaurant Adobe and 26 had great food. The room service was fast and fresh though they could have more choices on the menu. The nightly entertainment was a fun bonus! We loved the poolside casita which was private and clean (I stayed in the 500s). I can’t wait to stay here again.

Very cozy and welcoming, beautiful grounds and fun style. High quality furnishings and still has a charming old-style (shabby chic in the best way) feeling. The staff was lovely and the massive number of pools available make sunbathing and chilling easy and convenient. I also got to bring my dog everywhere! Very dog friendly area!

It’s been years since I’ve stayed at this property and it is very obvious that little to no upgrades/renovations have been completed since I was last there. Vintage is a quaint way of saying that the poolside casitas are in dire need of refreshing. Everything top to bottom needs refurbishing, and this includes the pools! They are clean but for the price of the Waldorf brand, I really expected something that exceeds the average Doubletree-type quality this property exudes. Onsite restaurants are convenient and food is good but extremely pricey!! Spa services are limited but again, key word is pricey. I will commend staff for absolute professionalism and willingness to provide customer service however on the flip side, an 8am lawnmower directly outside my casita window is unacceptable.

So Clean, beautiful and welcoming room! As I remember for years ago when I first stayed, you have amazing staff so kind, pools are great! Spa is nice also! Also prices are reasonable, minus the room service which I paid $40 for a burger!!! I should have asked the price first, my bad! fridge had ice do that was great!!!! I’ll be back again!!!! Thank you!!

Fantastic spot to buy something when in a rush. The customer service is prompt, pricing is affordable, good vibes. Would recommend to others
