El Riu - Callosa d'en Sarria

En la localidad de Guadalest, rodeado de miles de árboles frutales de nísperos, se encuentra este amplio restaurante que se especializa en productos a la brasa y platos tradicionales. A pesar de ofrecer un menú diario, en general no destaca. Llegar hasta allí es todo un viaje maravilloso, pero en términos gastronómicos, no ofrece algo especialmente destacable. Nada está mal, pero tampoco nada es excepcional, ni sus famosas carnes a la brasa ni sus postres caseros. Las porciones son generosas, lo cual puede ser un atractivo para visitar EL RIU. El local también cuenta con una tienda de productos locales y un pequeño museo de coches antiguos, además de amplio espacio de estacionamiento.
