The Thimbleberry margaritas are fantastic, the food is delightful, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. This place is truly a gem in the Upper Peninsula!

I requested cilantro on my tacos, but instead, I was served a strange cilantro aioli. If they are from anywhere other than Chicago, I’d be surprised. Edit: Honestly, it was so bad that I felt like I would have wanted to confront the owners of this place.

I really enjoy visiting the U.P., but I wouldn't consider Mexican food to be a staple here. This restaurant has great drinks, but don’t set your expectations too high when it comes to the food. It's acceptable, but definitely not among the best Mexican food I've ever tasted.

Very nice little restaurant! eating was pretty good, I had the burrito with the pulled bark and it was very good. maybe a little understated, but very friendly waitress. I am back! food: 5/5

Terrible service! They are short staffed, but the one waitress there was detached and gruff. In the beginning we were “please, thank you, when you have a minute…” but she was not polite in return. she brought me a Golden margarita with 2 fruit flies as garnish. Asked for a lid for the salsa I was taking and a kid threw it into my to go container. Also, their website shows they are open on Mondays. They are not. When I suggested they correct the website, the waitress said they have, several times. Based on the service we got today, I don’t believe she was telling the truth. Just my opinion. Oh, the lettuce used in our salads was “old and wilted.” We will not be back.
