Dunkin' - Calumet City

I had an awful experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Torrence, Calumet City, on the early morning shift of 10/31. The Assistant Manager insulted me simply because I asked a question. After the manager announced that my order was ready, I asked her if I could have a plastic bag for my two creams. The manager snapped at me, saying, "We don't give plastic bags in this municipality. You already have a paper bag, so you would need to pay for a bag." I replied that this wasn't correct, and she retorted that she was the manager now and it didn't matter what the store had done in the past. She snarled at me and was extremely rude, not just to me but also to her employees, treating me like a training tool for them. The staff looked frightened of her, and she made me feel as though I was asking for free breakfast, which was humiliating. I sincerely hope I never have to return to that Dunkin' Donuts again. Another customer overheard the exchange and even tried to correct the manager, expressing concern that I was being mistreated. This experience felt like elder abuse; she tried to intimidate me.

Not sure whose gonna take your order or not..real nasty attitude and long lines don't stop that day..mad at the world person is there..people were making u turns out of the line ikr..if the 2 real nice friendly sisters(twins) are there what a greatexperience (would give them 4 stars)

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the attitude of the staff. The girls working there were quite rude and seemed indifferent to customer service. They didn't properly seal the coffee cups and made snarky comments to each other, not even attempting to keep their voices down. When I requested to speak with a manager, they were dishonest with me. Additionally, they didn't prepare my coffee according to my specifications, yet still placed a sticker on the cup as if they had. Overall, the morning crew at 5 AM was unsatisfactory.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. The staff was extremely rude and, to top it off, they managed to get my order wrong. Because of this, I'm giving them a zero. I initially considered giving them one star, but I've decided to lower it to a zero.

I bought a Medium Coffee and wanted Carmel and Splenda Sugar only. When I taste it it had so much sugar in it that made it taste terrible. Thank God I'm not a Diabetic.
