Centrolina - Calumet-Norvelt

My wife and I have been here many times the last 6 years or so. The food is always superb and the service is great. We have never had a bad meal. This is definitely one our favorite places!

Sorry but this was average, over priced with slowww service and small portions. They will sit your head and large party but taking care of you Ina timely manner is another story.

We loved everything!!! My partner loved the seafood !!! I had the Pici and it was some of the best pasta I have had!!!?We will be back!!

We had reservations for 8:30 and came a little early, our table was not ready, but it provided an opportunity to observe the demand for this establishment, walk-up party after party was turned away. At 8:30 promptly, we were ushered to our table... From the outset it was apparent that the service was impeccable. Andrea's explanation of the menu and guiding through a culinary background of every dish was something you only expect at Michelin star establishments. The restaurant itself isn't the most magnificent ambiance but a cut above average for a high end restaurant. In total, this was one of the best dining experiences in many moons.

It was my first time in DC, and we walked in randomly and saw they had a nice mini market. We decided to sit and eat. Unfortunately, the food was overrated overpriced. Very small bland portions. Rude staff. Very arrogant towards tourists. We won't be dining here again. Down the sidewalk, there's a nice gelato spot to hit to cheer you up about an unfortunate dining experience.
