Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is gross ? the stuff is very rude, the security guard is sleeping with her face covered.

Whewww this place is just NASTY!!!! The staff are rushing throughout the day so that they can get off work at 3pm. The countertops are smeared with food and the staff just slides your bowl thru it all, by the time it gets to the register its covered in nastiness. The place is dirty ALL the time, so now I just go to Dos Toros next door where they serve the exact same thing. Will not get another dollar of my money. The store keeps commenting under people's post on here but yet there have been NO changes. RUN FOLKS RUN!!!!

I come into this location often an order a kids meal. I was getting my order (hard shell tacos kids meal) and usually when they are out of hard shell tacos I request to get the large bag of chips instead since they are out. And they have always said yes to my request. Note that they are out of kids meal containers today as well. So they found it fit to put all my toppings in side cups which I found weird, just put it in a bowl and portion correctly. But whatever…Today the supposed general manager saw my ordering and my request and quickly denied it. I said I don’t understand this has never been an issue before. And that I’m already having a bad experience cause yall are out of containers and hard shells. She would not make this one small exception but instead doubles down and in a very rude tone said “im the General Manger and we not doing that”. I left without food because she was so nasty and rude even while I’m walking out saying disrespectful comments about what happened. She was so dismissive and shouldn’t be working in customer service if that’s how she feels. TBH I know she doesn’t care if I return or not but I damn sure WONT thanks to today’s negative experience.

The worst service I've ever had at a Chipotle. First of all, we entered when they were just opening, no one greeted us, they didn't have all the proteins ready. The guacamole was black like when it is old. The credit card machine to pay did not work. The plates were dirty on the outside. There was no dressing for my salad and I paid almost 3 dollars for a little bit of old guacamole. I will never return to this location.

Definitely thus far, the worst Chipotle I 've ever dined at. Walked in to a rather surely, demeaning and unwelcoming environment: no greeting, wasn 't acknowledged until after a nearly two minute personal conversation in which the N word was loudly and repeatedly used among two female employees (one being either of African or Jamaican descent). They were openly laughing at and mocking a black customer who wanted extra sour cream. I cleaned my own table, myself and two other customers were dining when I hear the same two young ladies interrogating an employee about washing her hands. Finally, I did my best to drown out the personal and derogatory conversations of the two female employees by watching YouTube to some avail. The food was mostly the best part, chicken wasn 't entirely fresh unfortunately but the guacamole was. Please hire personal who NATURALLY have good customer service skills and attitude for the position!!!!!
