Contribuisci feedbackThe sandwiches are huge and delicious. One sandwich is easily enough for two people to share. My favorite sandwich is the all american. Soooooo good! I have only gotten my sandwiches delivered, so I don't have a review for the pick up experience. I have ordered from here too many times to count.
The sandwiches are huge and delicious. So many choices to choose from! The half smoke mac n cheese was flavorful. But the mac (the elbow pasta itself) was way over cooked and mushy. The tater tots were meh. They're tater tots. The potato salad was seriously yum! I could devour a whole bunch of that. The cole slaw was standard and what you'd expect from slaw. The packaging was great. Everything delivered nicely. And the leftovers were still tasty the next day.
I'm visiting Washington DC so I found this spot from a search. Trying to find this place is torture if you don't already know where to go. Finding a menu is also close to impossible. It's a ghost kitchen that only offers to go orders. It's located inside of Clyde's Restaurant at Gallery Place. Fast forward to me getting where I needed to go, but remember this is a ghost kitchen there are no physical menus and apparently no virtual ones either. The hostess pulled the menu from Seamless (a delivery app) for me to order from but it's not completely accurate.Fast forward a little more and we ordered a Cubano, DC Half Smoke and Half Smoke Mac n Cheese. The food is actually pretty good even after walking with it back to the hotel. The bread was still crispy and the Mac was still creamy.Overall, I would go back for the food. They definitely need to update to their location so out of towners know where to go. The menu also needs to be accessible on the site.
I mixed reviews on this place/ghost kitchen. Service: Everybody know where it is but don't know where it is. What I mean, when asked how to order nobody could tell you how exactly how to get there or order. With somebody from out-of-town found this place online, I was totally confused to how to even order or pick up the food. When trying to order from the website, it does not give you a menu to see. Oops, they didn't tell you that have to go to Seemless.com to see the actual menu. Once I found the place, the staff member was soooo unattentive to my order and kept telling me that certain items was not on the menu but online menu is telling me that it is on it. Staff seem to be more interested in talking to their self instead providing customer service. Last, while waiting the staff continued not help customers while coming in. Food: This is where I have mixed reviews because the food was actually good. Cooked to order and serving size was well proportioned. I ordered the Cubano and it was pretty. First, time having a Cuban on a Sourdough bread. Overall: It is hard for me to recommend this place/ghost kitchen with my pros and cons. Whatever you do, call first to make sure to know how to pick up your food or order your food if you are coming from out-of-town.
Ordered for the first time from them off Uber last night — absolutely fantastic. Got the Philly Mac tots. I literally never write reviews for food but they deserve it. It came perfectly, portions were massive, and it tasted amazing. Do not hesitate to eat here, it’s a gem.
